“I can't speak highly enough of Ilyas and his time spent on the UHC project. He jumped in while the project was in-flight and hit the ground running, independently sifting through pages of documentation to get himself up to speed. He was both self-sufficient and took direction well, iterating and creating explorations without much oversight needed while also listening to feedback and direction carefully. The fresh, raw energy and creativity he brought to the team can't be overstated. I would gladly work with Ilyas again. He is an asset to any project!
